Cohen

Sometimes I get in moods when I just want to capture Cohen in his exact moment. I
don't want to forget these times with him. I want to be able to look back and feel this exact way that I do today. He is getting so old and learning so much now, that I feel like time is just creeping away and I don't know where it's gone. I am trying to be patient and not anxious for new stages and new steps in his life. Sure, I would love for him to tell me what the matter is, when he is throwing his head back in a tantrum...and sure, I would love to know what he is thinking when I tell him no and he looks at me and smiles, and does exactly what I tell him not to do. ;) But, I want to stay in the moment. I want to pause time and look in those big, blue, gorgeous eyes forever. So this morning, I wanted to capture him in who he is...and especially....those big, blue, gorgeous eyes! Even though he will grow up and look different than he does this morning....I hope his eyes stay the same. I love him so much and thank God that I was chosen to be his mother. What an amazing gift. Thank you Lord.
